About the role
The CMA Manager joins the newly created Australia/New Zealand team to oversee Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) accruals, provisions, and timely payments. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, continuous process improvement, and supporting a high‑performing finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, develop and support team members, prioritising tasks that add the most business value.
- Refine procedures for customer agreements, pricing, governance and end‑to‑end management.
- Ensure accurate, fair and timely processing of accruals, provisions and payments.
- Oversee CMA invoicing, credit and debit memos to meet agreed customer deadlines.
- Prepare and review SOX controls, manage internal and external audits.
- Reconcile payments and accruals, produce balance‑sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts.
- Liaise with Collections and Credit to reduce aged debt and resolve customer disputes.
- Drive effective communication across the business to influence behavioural change and share best‑practice insights.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing continuous‑improvement solutions.
- Fluent written and verbal English for business communication.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification is a plus.
