Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

We are looking for a Service Associate to deliver accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to our Business Center clients. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service and strict adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide error‑free teller transactions while meeting service standards such as line wait time and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLA and other external regulations, as well as internal bank policies.
• Identify risk areas and apply risk‑mitigation procedures consistently.
• Assist with process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers professionally, delivering a high‑quality service experience.
• Perform delegated administrative tasks in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring and controlling skills with a heightened sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to service excellence.
• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy in all work.
