Accounts Receivable Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our billing and credit functions at our Central Luzon site. The role focuses on ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and compliance with financial policies while supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee billing operations and manage the full invoice lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve timely collections.
• Handle credit management, including customer account reviews and credit limit assessments.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in accounting and finance principles.
• Strong background in invoicing and credit management.
• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate financial trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with financial management software is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• CPA or relevant certification highly desired.
