Cluster Leader I

About the role

Moog is seeking a Cluster Leader I to oversee production activities at its Baguio City facility. The role focuses on delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Labor (SQDCL) targets while fostering a safe, efficient, and continuously improving work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor workload, processes, equipment and manpower to achieve SQDCL objectives.
• Schedule customer units for repair in collaboration with other clusters and business units, ensuring proper allocation of test stands, OEM work locations and certified personnel.
• Monitor operational performance, identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and housekeeping requirements; conduct daily area inspections.
• Maintain 5S practices and guarantee availability of tools, gauges, materials, engineering support and maintenance services.
• Lead root‑cause analyses, drive corrective‑action implementation and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Coach, develop and manage team members through goal setting, training, performance monitoring and recognition programs.
• Uphold process discipline, quality standards and address performance or conduct issues per company policy.

Required profile

• Completion of at least a three‑year technical course or three years of college education.
• Proven ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
