Client Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

Marsh Philippines is looking for a Client Relationship Management Specialist to act as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts. The role manages communications and supports client relationships across a portfolio of business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing communications
• Conduct client research, industry research, benchmarking studies and risk maps for internal and external use
• Support account management tasks such as billing transactions, calendars and timelines
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts
• Manage account concerns or issues and escalate them appropriately when needed
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues
• Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
• Maintain fluency in the company's service offerings and market trends

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Good research, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle transactional work and follow processes accurately
• Sound judgement in resolving issues and knowing when to escalate
• Interest in client service, account management and business development
• Advanced education and readiness to develop professional skills in a client-facing role

Standout qualities include experience supporting complex or priority client accounts, exposure to benchmarking, research analysis or risk mapping, strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, and familiarity with client satisfaction, retention and account growth activities.

The role is hybrid: colleagues are expected to be in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week, with office-based teams identifying at least one anchor day each week.
