Chief Concierge

About the role

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a seasoned Chief Concierge to lead its Concierge department within the Rooms Division. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all concierge operations and ensuring the department functions as a profitable, guest‑centric service hub.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Concierge team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the guest service department as an independent profit centre.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control concierge activities, including guest relations, local attraction coordination, dining and transportation recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through personalized assistance and proactive problem solving.
• Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and performance metrics for the team.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in hospitality or hotel management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chief Concierge or assistant‑manager level concierge in a hotel setting.
• Membership in Les Clef d’Or is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, dining venues, and transportation options.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
