About the role
The Dining Shift Manager will receive hands‑on training across all areas of restaurant operations, focusing on front‑of‑house management, customer service, staffing, inventory, and financial control. Working closely with experienced managers, the role aims to ensure efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide training and guidance on front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house processes.
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring quality, sanitation, and consistency.
- Manage team performance, discipline, and staffing schedules.
- Maintain inventory control and support financial management activities.
Required profile
- Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of managerial experience in food and beverage service, preferably casual dining.
- Physically capable of lifting, prolonged standing, and working rotating shifts.
