Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Finance Role

About the role

The Certified Public Accountant will work on‑site in Ortigas full‑time, managing the company’s financial and accounting functions. The role supports the organization’s growth and community‑focused initiatives through accurate reporting and financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Handle tax computations, filings and ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, assist in budgeting, forecasting and support financial audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision‑making and monitor cash flows.

Required profile

• Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ortigas on a consistent schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of local tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in property development or real estate (beneficial).
