Business Systems Analyst 2

About the role

IQVIA is hiring a Business Systems Analyst 2 in Makati City. The role tracks, analyzes and interprets changes in PhilHealth, eSOA, DOH and related regulations affecting HIS, defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, and acts as the primary owner of regulatory interpretation and clarification.

Key responsibilities

• Track, analyze and interpret changes in PhilHealth, eSOA, DOH and related regulations impacting HIS.
• Define system scope, objectives and regulatory impact through detailed research and fact-finding.
• Act as primary owner for regulatory interpretation and clarification.
• Develop or modify moderately complex information systems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic as needed.
• Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in systems analysis.
• Competence to work in some phases of systems analysis and to consider the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g., third-party software, internal operational applications) or IQVIA client-facing applications and products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and the underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes needed to deliver them.
