Experience & Competencies
- 4–6 years of software development experience.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, data structures, and design patterns.
- Proven ability to develop scalable web and distributed systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud‑native development and modern engineering practices.
- Capability to contribute to end‑to‑end delivery from design through deployment.
- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in data engineering, Python, or AI capabilities.
Technical Skills
- Java (11 or newer), Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with event‑driven systems such as Kafka or MQ.
- Frontend development using JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, plus HTML and CSS.
- Python scripting with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI or Flask.
