Business Relationship Officer – Sales (Ilagan)

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer – Sales will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The position is based in the Ilagan Business Center and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and daily sales call plans and reports.
- Record action plans and essential information accurately.
- Develop and execute sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support the Business Center’s volume objectives through account acquisition and cross‑selling.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability and leadership potential.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
- Understanding of financial management and account management.
