Business Relationship Officer – Calapan

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in Calapan by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Branch Manager, the officer will help drive sales volume and strengthen customer relationships within the retail banking segment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Identify and acquire new business accounts through proactive outreach.
• Cross‑sell YGC products and services to existing customers.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Graduated at least four years ago.
• Ability to work in a sales‑driven banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong understanding of banking policies, credit evaluation and risk management controls.
