About the role

The Business Development Manager drives growth by uncovering new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on sales execution to deliver revenue and long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Prepare regular performance, forecast, and opportunity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong presentation and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
