Business Analyst, Talent & Culture

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Talent & Culture team in Makati. The role will work closely with senior leaders and project stakeholders to analyse organisational needs, define requirements and ensure successful delivery of change initiatives that support people and culture strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the business analysis approach, work estimates and contribute to project planning.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements using appropriate BA methods and tools.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts that meet the needs of business, technology and other project consumers.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance of analysis deliverables.
• Identify and raise risks and issues, maintain requirements traceability and support change control processes.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners and keep senior stakeholders informed of progress and expectations.
• Mentor junior business analysts and project coordinators, promoting continuous improvement of analysis practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or talent management projects.
• Strong understanding of requirement‑elicitation techniques and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
