Brand and Promotions Associate (Loyalty and Rewards)

About the role

The Brand and Promotions Associate will drive marketing initiatives for the Petron Value Card (PVC), strengthening the brand, enhancing its market positioning, and maximizing customer rewards. This role combines strategic planning, fieldwork, and data analysis to support the loyalty program’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing plans for the PVC.
• Track monthly marketing activities against the approved annual budget.
• Gather insights from sales and external stakeholders to develop strategic solutions.
• Propose short‑, medium‑, and long‑term projects to improve brand positioning and equity.
• Participate in regular meetings with the Sales Division to align programs with business objectives.
• Conduct fieldwork and market visits to identify focus and development areas.
• Assist in monitoring loyalty group plans, program budgets, and performance metrics such as sell‑out volumes, media spend, and card operations.
• Analyze data and KPIs to pinpoint issues and opportunities, recommending action plans to the Loyalty Manager.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and suggest responsive programs.
• Recommend and analyze research studies to inform long‑term tactical programs.
• Attend seminars and conventions to stay updated on market trends and rewards management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing loyalty marketing campaigns and programs.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork outside Metro Manila and report onsite.
• Preferably experienced in loyalty card programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 4‑wheel vehicle.
