Branch Head – Operations & Customer Service

About the role

The Branch Head is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of both the store and restaurant. You will lead a team, manage finances, and deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, reconciliations, and accounting duties.
• Welcome and assist customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions, timely deposits, and proper cash register balances.
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, labeling, and visual merchandising strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, discounts, and community events.
• Analyze sales reports, recommend improvements, and implement profitability initiatives.
• Conduct daily briefings, coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, and manage staff schedules.
• Order inventory and supplies within budget, monitor supply‑demand trends, and control operational costs.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and food‑quality standards; monitor temperature of chillers and freezers.
• Train, appraise, and develop staff performance, ensuring uniform compliance and excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail or restaurant branch.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of basic accounting, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement operational improvements.
