Audit Operations Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Audit Operations Specialist to support U.S.-based clients. Working remotely on a permanent night‑shift schedule, you will ensure audit records, client reports, and operational data are accurate, complete, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily audit trackers and manage assigned audit tasks.
• Conduct monthly audits for designated portfolios and client accounts.
• Review client reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Consolidate multiple client reports into standardized audit templates.
• Create, edit, and improve audit documentation and templates.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Investigate findings, document observations, and maintain master lists for tracker cleanup.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly audit activity reports.
• Maintain organized audit records and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit‑related concerns and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing, compliance, quality assurance, reporting, or operations analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and backup power solution.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
