Associate Manager, Data Integrity (GRE 140)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an Associate Manager, Data Integrity (GRE 140) in Taguig City. The role drives daily strategic workflow activities and provides support and expertise in producing assigned IQVIA data assets. It works closely with offshore teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and acts as the main point of contact for production processes, critical incidents and client queries.

Key responsibilities

• Run data quality and integrity steps across multiple production streams, applying corrections to data as required
• Investigate data and systems and propose solutions, and run impact analyses on data changes to support decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and build out the Data Integrity function so issues are prevented before clients receive the data
• Coordinate with Production teams on data issues and lead complex data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions
• Ensure on-time delivery to clients and share pertinent information to support investigations of data quality

Required profile

• At least five years of experience
• Graduate of a relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interpret and present complex concepts

Required skills

• Strong data knowledge and analytical skills
• Fluent in SQL and any BI tools
• Knowledge of best practices for data quality checks
• Understanding of data management and ETL
• Desired but not essential: awareness of big data and associated tools
