Associate Logistics Analyst

About the role

onsemi is seeking a self‑driven Associate Logistics Analyst to join the Materials Planning team. The role ensures a continuous supply of materials, supports productivity improvement projects and new product introductions, and interfaces across all organizational levels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee purchase, material control, and inventory activities, developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Develop material schedules and coordinate efficient movement of materials with purchasing, logistics, production planning, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Prepare material requirement plans using an MRP system and review procurement requirements.
• Drive productivity improvement projects to support cost‑savings and delivery KPIs.

Required profile

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain planning (materials/production).
• Goal‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including macros and VBA.
• Visual Basic programming.
• MS Access and database management.
• Experience with MRP systems.
