Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor reports directly to the country Logistics Manager and is responsible for overseeing shipping, delivery, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound logistics processes, coordinating with sales and operations to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring strategic space utilization and compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and GMP/GWP standards.
• Maintain accurate finished‑goods inventory through robust inventory control processes.
• Develop and report on logistics metrics, including spend and key performance indicators.
• Plan and execute efficient distribution of feeds from origin to destination, ensuring on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Fluent in English with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) experience.
