About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and ensuring smooth store operations. This role focuses on promoting packaged programs, implementing sales strategies, and helping the team deliver excellent customer service in Carmona, Cavite.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through promotional activities for packaged programs.
• Support the development and execution of the store’s sales strategy.
• Help implement store programs effectively and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain operational standards, compliance, and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business‑related course.
• 1‑2 years of leadership experience in a service‑oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick‑service restaurant.
• Strong customer‑management orientation with the ability to make decisions that meet customer needs.
• People‑management capability to coach, develop, and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations, including assessing improvements, compliance, sales, and profitability.
• Willingness to work in Carmona, Cavite.
