Architecture Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially driven Architecture Project Manager to lead design initiatives for retail stores, kiosks, pop‑ups and other commercial spaces. You will own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle, ensuring each format reflects the brand identity, delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets operational and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for retail and commercial projects.
• Create innovative, customer‑centric store concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Manage the full design lifecycle: concept, space planning, detailing, documentation and execution support.
• Collaborate with business leaders, construction teams, visual merchandising, operations and external vendors.
• Review and approve plans, layouts, elevations and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, mall regulations, safety standards and company guidelines.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and maintain design consistency during construction.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and resource allocation for efficient delivery.
• Oversee multiple store rollout and renovation projects simultaneously.
• Evaluate and recommend materials, fixtures, finishes and sustainable design solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed architect preferred.
• 7–10 years of architectural design experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in retail, commercial or hospitality architecture.
• Proven experience handling store rollout, fit‑out and renovation projects.
• Excellent space‑planning and retail customer‑experience design capability.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and permit processes.
