Architect – Design and Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Architect to develop architectural designs and oversee projects from concept through construction. The role involves translating client requirements into detailed plans while ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and design modifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Resolve design and construction issues during implementation.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC).
• Experience in architectural design and project management.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be assigned to other properties and start immediately.
