AR Analyst I

About the role

The Deductions Analyst I independently manages and resolves a wide range of customer deductions, acting as a primary liaison for internal and external customers regarding credit inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Approve or deny deductions and claims based on policy, handle appeals and dispute resolution.
• Review debit information, obtain missing data from customers, and distribute credit copies with supporting documents.
• Investigate stagnant deductions, make strategic recommendations, and write denial letters.
• Provide seamless customer experience, resolve complaints, and manage risk factors.

Required profile

• 4‑year college degree in finance, business management or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in deductions, accounts receivable, accounting or customer financial services.
• Experience with large retailers or key accounts is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of ERP applications (Oracle, Esker, other finance ERP).
• Experience working in SAP (including SAP Dispute Management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
