Application Developer

About the role

The Application Developer will design, build, and configure software solutions that support specific business processes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to make key technical decisions.
• Lead and mentor a development team, overseeing project progress and timely delivery of features.
• Provide solutions to application issues for both the immediate team and other groups.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, best‑practice adoption, and onboarding of new members.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and agile practices.
• Proven ability to integrate applications with existing systems and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System.
• Experience with Salesforce development.
• Agile development methodology.
