Ancillary Specialist (Revenue Optimization)

About the role

Cebu Pacific is hiring an Ancillary Specialist (probationary, individual contributor) to join its Commercial and Sales team. The role focuses on analyzing ancillary product performance and recommending optimization initiatives, and is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila under a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze conversion, take-up, revenue and spend per passenger of ancillary products by market mix, city pairs, flight day and time and other parameters.
• Initiate and recommend optimization initiatives such as tests, experiments and permanent changes based on the data analyzed.
• Coordinate with Ancillary Managers on ancillary product plans and initiatives.
• Work with departments such as Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airports Services, Revenue Accounting and Treasury.
• Work with Enterprise Analytics on the Navitaire Dynamic Pricing dashboard, recommend changes and use the module and other dashboards to analyze ancillary data.
• Provide regular reports and presentations on optimization efforts, hold consultations with Navitaire and take part in partner and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance.
• Prior experience in revenue management, especially airline-specific revenue management, is a big plus.
• Experience in data forecasting.
• Detail and results oriented, problem solver and team player, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in statistical and economic analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
