Analyst, Sales Productivity

About the role

The Sales Productivity Analyst supports sales operations by managing account creation, CRM support, order assistance, and pricing activities. This role ensures accurate customer and sales representative data, assists with internal tools, and helps resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support account creation, including Sales Rep Budget IDs and customer address IDs.
• Process customer onboarding requests and maintain contact information in Salesforce.
• Provide CRM support, including Command Center assistance and access requests.
• Respond to My Samples Tool queries and support MDF fund requests.
• Assist with paid order inquiries, status updates, expedite requests, and pricing activities such as Vendavo deals and chargeback agreements.
• Handle price requests, quotations for materials and TSD quotes, and material variant/SKU requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales operations, support, or related data management.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Vendavo or similar pricing systems.
