Analyst, People Solutions

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is looking for an Analyst, People Solutions in Pasig. The role focuses on accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis, working closely with the Data and Insights Analytics Manager to turn data into strategic opportunities for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross-functional projects with advanced data modeling and analysis to find insights that guide strategy and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Help build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support analytics projects that extract, manage and analyze people operations data from Workday, meeting deadlines.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets and propose ways to improve people operations processes.
• Communicate the results and business impact of insight initiatives to People Operations stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and deliverables, and share comprehensive policies and processes with reporting employees.

Required profile

• Background in People Operations / Human Resources reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from on-premises and cloud-based sources.
• Power BI.
• Analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests and experiments, data analysis and drawing conclusions.
