VP, Talent Acquisition SEA

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for its SEA region. The role is the strategic architect behind the high-volume hiring engine for TaskUs' largest global geography, working with senior leadership to make talent acquisition a business enabler.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high-volume recruitment across all PH and SEA delivery sites, aligned with business growth goals.
• Own the talent acquisition roadmap, including end-to-end virtualization, automation and AI adoption in hiring workflows.
• Advise operations and business leaders, translating business goals into scalable hiring plans and partnering with Workforce Management, Operations, Finance and HR.
• Champion AI, recruitment analytics and automation, evaluate and implement ATS platforms, dashboards and virtual hiring tools, and set KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Design a seamless, inclusive candidate journey and drive employer branding, including partnerships with universities and talent ecosystems.
• Mentor and lead teams across locations, foster a high-performance culture, and drive DE&I hiring strategies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, including 8+ years leading high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the Philippines.
• Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in BPO/outsourcing, shared services or high-growth tech/service industries.
• Track record of leading change and executing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics in India and regional recruitment strategies.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, telecom, travel, BFIS, AV or similar customer experience fields, hyper-growth environments, international hiring, and scaling recruitment across all SEA locations.
