Manager, People Solutions

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is hiring a Manager, People Solutions in Pasig. The manager leads a team that drives end-to-end process transformation across multiple geographies and functions, from diagnostics and baselining to solutioning, deployment and continuous improvement, while aligning people strategies with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning and strategy: define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria; set timelines, resources and budgets; oversee data gathering, baselining, solution design and deployment; manage risks and mitigation.
• Stakeholder management: bridge business and technical teams, communicate needs to developers, and oversee status reports, risks and issue escalations.
• Technical oversight: translate business requirements into technical specifications, work with business analysts and developers, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deployment and adoption: run change management, oversee data migration and system cutover, enable training and roadshows, and set up post-deployment support.
• Continuous improvement: guide policy and SOP creation, contribute to strategic decisions, and run post-implementation reviews.
• Documentation: create and maintain process documentation, including as-is and to-be diagrams with MS Visio and other tools.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience leading a team and driving process re-engineering of core end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, with a strong focus on people development.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders from front-line teams to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of HR or HRIS core processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, performance and people-related KRA).
• Exposure to project management practices (scoping, scheduling, risk management, delivery tracking) and familiarity with KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement metrics.
• Comfortable working with data to quantify impact and build business cases.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or other process improvement methodologies; preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Preferred: policy writing, knowledge management or process training experience, and prior experience in Shared Services or Global Capability Centers.

Required skills

• Process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
• Process documentation tools such as MS Visio and Lucidchart.
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
