About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our users, manage and maintain IT equipment, networks, systems and printers, and support the operational technology (OT) environment. The role ensures continuity of IT operations, compliance with SLAs, security of access, and standardisation of processes while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote Level 1/2 help‑desk support, log and resolve tickets via Service Desk within SLA targets.
• Maintain workstations, notebooks, mobile devices and peripherals; install, configure and update Windows and corporate applications.
• Assist in the upkeep of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches and structured cabling; manage printers and printing solutions.
• Support OT stations and equipment, work with Engineering, Automation and Operations to resolve incidents and ensure IT/OT security segregation.
• Create, modify and remove user access according to defined policies; apply patches, updates and antivirus solutions.
• Document procedures, build knowledge‑base articles and propose infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams, escalate complex issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Networks, Information Systems or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience in Level 1/2 technical support.
• Good understanding of networks, Windows operating systems and basic infrastructure components.
• Ability to work with both corporate IT and industrial OT environments.
