Amazon FBA Operations & Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Amazon FBA Operations & Project Manager to own day‑to‑day Amazon FBA operations, lead projects and help scale a growing e‑commerce business. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and offers a monthly salary plus performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain smooth Amazon FBA operations on a daily basis.
• Plan, execute and monitor projects, ensuring priorities, deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Track operational performance, identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Improve workflows, systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate tasks and follow‑ups to prevent gaps and ensure accountability.
• Identify improvement opportunities and take proactive initiative.

Required profile

• Strong Amazon FBA experience with practical knowledge of how the platform works.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and see them through to completion.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly, absorbs feedback and solves problems independently.
• Highly driven, organized and comfortable taking ownership.
• Reliable, trustworthy and interested in a long‑term relationship.
