About the role
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Food & Beverage Department of a new 5‑star luxury hotel in Makati. The role will be critical during the pre‑opening phase and will continue to ensure smooth departmental operations once the hotel opens.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare departmental documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the Food & Beverage leadership team.
- Support recruitment by organizing candidate files and interview schedules.
- Manage correspondence, reports, filing systems, purchase requests, invoices and expense tracking in liaison with Finance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventories, contracts and licences.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and follow‑up on action items.
- Provide logistical support for events, training sessions and F&B promotions.
- Assist in creating guest communication materials and support staff engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury service environments.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced pre‑opening team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hotel management systems.
