Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that services are delivered successfully. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for all client account matters.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client objectives.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities in the territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to deliver client‑focused solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or events industry is preferred.
