Account Manager - Cloud Solutions

About the role

SoftwareOne and Crayon have formed a global, AI-powered software and cloud solutions provider with a presence in over 70 countries and more than 13,000 professionals. As an Account Manager in the Software and Services Sales team, you will grow cloud business within assigned accounts by building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that support business objectives. You will work closely with customers, technology specialists, solution architects, customer success teams and delivery experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales revenue, consumption, margin and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify and manage opportunities across infrastructure, data and analytics, AI/ML, security, modern applications, migration and modernization.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, procurement leaders and other business decision makers.
• Lead consultative customer engagements to understand business objectives and map them to profitable sales outcomes.
• Drive consumption growth through upsell, new workloads, migrations, modernization, managed services and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience developing opportunities and managing complex sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across customers, partners and internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
