Account Director - SEA & ANZ

About the role

The Account Director leads the client relationship for a major global partnership across Southeast Asia and Australia‑New Zealand. Reporting to the Business Director, the role drives operational excellence, implements Procurement‑as‑a‑Service locally and translates global strategy into market‑level actions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture the client relationship, aligning activities with commercial and marketing priorities.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the in‑market team to deliver high‑quality work, innovation and client satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor Procurement‑as‑a‑Service KPIs, ensuring agile, insight‑driven sourcing.
• Identify and develop opportunities to move up the marketing value chain and create future value.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with client stakeholders in marketing, shopper, brand and procurement.
• Partner with internal strategy, performance, creative and production teams to deliver seamless market solutions.
• Translate global strategy into local actions that generate measurable impact.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience managing regional accounts in marketing or procurement.
• Deep category knowledge and market insight across SEA and ANZ.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying growth opportunities.
