Senior Lead, Governance & Reporting - Talent and Culture NFR

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Lead for Governance & Reporting within the Talent & Culture Non‑Financial Risk division. You will help aggregate risk insights, shape divisional risk perspectives, and provide a holistic view of the risk and control environment to support effective governance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager Governance & Reporting and stakeholders across Talent & Culture to coordinate risk assessments, risk profiles and reporting activities.
• Aggregate and synthesize risk insights, delivering risk reports to Functional Governance Forums and the T&C Risk Management Committee.
• Monitor risks against appetite, identify emerging themes and escalate issues as needed.
• Support regulatory change initiatives, including impact assessments, action planning and tracking of commitments.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis, event and issue management, and lessons‑learned activities to strengthen risk outcomes.

Required profile

• Experienced risk professional with a strong track record in governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
