About the role

Bocca, a semi‑fine dining restaurant in Quezon City, is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Restaurant Manager. The manager will lead daily food and beverage operations, ensuring a smooth service flow and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house coordination.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff members, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to continuously improve the dining experience.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and guests to uphold a welcoming, professional environment.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Proven experience hiring and training staff in food and beverage settings.
• Exceptional communication skills for both team coordination and guest interaction.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage service best practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Track record in restaurant management or a related field.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline preferred.
