About the role
The Production Operator ensures the assigned machine area runs smoothly, meets capacity targets, and delivers high‑quality products while maintaining the work area.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor line status, follow SOPs, and hand‑off information between shifts.
- Maintain product quality, aiming for zero lot rejection and updating certification badges.
- Achieve required output and utilization targets for the assigned station.
- Escalate any line problems to the supervisor or lead operator promptly.
- Perform set‑up, isolation, and minor machine issue resolution to meet OCAP requirements.
- Log machine downtime, lot history, and transaction details in real‑time on the MES/R8 system for traceability.
- Carry out MSC/5S activities as needed.
Required profile
- High school graduate; semiconductor experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with basic mathematical and computer aptitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Required skills
- Experience using the MES/R8 manufacturing execution system.
- Familiarity with 5S workplace organization methodology.
