Team Lead – Recruitment (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead talent acquisition for Recruit Sync, an offshore staffing business serving Australian recruitment agencies. Based in the Philippines and working fully remote, you will partner directly with the founders to source, train and place recruitment specialists across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pools of recruiters, coordinators, resourcers and support staff in the Philippines.
• Conduct headhunting, screening and interview coordination for multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Manage candidate pipelines, provide regular updates to Australian agency clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Deploy Hume Scope training programs, monitor progress and support performance ramp‑up for placed professionals.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and support staff, handling client calibration calls and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience hiring for clients in Australia, the UK or the US.
• Minimum 2 years of client‑management experience with regular calibration, onboarding and stakeholder updates.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising recruiters, resourcers or recruitment support personnel.
• 1+ year of experience delivering or supporting recruitment training or onboarding frameworks.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
