HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Engagement (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a well‑rounded, people‑first HR Generalist to join our growing team. This hybrid position blends talent acquisition, employee experience, and benefits administration, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: write job ads, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs, onboarding, pulse surveys, and culture‑building events.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for HMO inquiries, handle enrollments, renewals, and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain accurate HMO documentation and employee coverage records.
