About the role
We are seeking a well‑rounded, people‑first HR Generalist to join our growing team. This hybrid position blends talent acquisition, employee experience, and benefits administration, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment: write job ads, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, onboarding, pulse surveys, and culture‑building events.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for HMO inquiries, handle enrollments, renewals, and coordinate with providers.
- Maintain accurate HMO documentation and employee coverage records.
Required profile
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Ability to collaborate with managers and leadership.
