The Claros Travel is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to guide clients through every step of their travel journey, from initial booking to post‑trip follow‑up. This part‑time position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who love hospitality and enjoy delivering personalized travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, services, and company policies.
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal booking systems.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
