Remote Appointment Setter – International B2B Campaigns

About the role

KonSalesHire is looking for remote appointment setters to support international B2B campaigns across technology, software, finance, consulting and professional services. You will engage business professionals in markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore, building sales and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Book and confirm meetings for business clients.
• Follow up on missed or rescheduled meetings.
• Update CRM with notes and activity reports.
• Maintain attendance confirmations before scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear speaking ability.
• Comfortable making phone calls and working independently from home.
• Organized with strong follow‑up habits.
• Motivated to grow income through performance.
• Coachability and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer service, SDR/BDR, lead generation or outbound calling (preferred).

What we offer

• Monthly base salary plus performance incentives.
• Incentive examples: $100 extra for 10 attended meetings, up to $1,000+ for 80 attended meetings.
