Cold Caller – Educational Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller to support our client’s student recruitment efforts for Canadian education programmes. The role is fully remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis, focusing on outbound outreach, lead qualification and appointment setting with prospective international students, education agents and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to generate and qualify leads interested in studying in Canada.
• Engage education agents, partners and institutional stakeholders to nurture relationships.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information and schedule appointments.
• Guide prospects through early‑stage application and enrollment steps.
• Stay informed on Canadian visa regulations, admission requirements and institutional offerings.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, admissions or student recruitment.
• Preferably experience with the Canadian education market or international student recruitment.
• Strong outbound communication and sales orientation.
• Ability to handle high‑volume leads and work in a KPI‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
