Operations Support Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing hospitality technology startup as an Operations Support Specialist. You will help keep hotel partners and internal workflows running smoothly across the US and Singapore markets while working remotely from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain menus in the ordering platform, including product information, photos, descriptions and variants for multiple hotel properties.
• Maintain QR code trackers and master data, performing quality checks and updates.
• Support pre‑order consolidation and coordination.
• Manage end‑to‑end print production for marketing materials, including basic design adjustments, QR code generation, and coordination with designers and printers.
• Assist operations for both US and Singapore markets as needed.
• Handle ad‑hoc operational and data tasks directed by the Head of Operations.
• Adopt new tools, platforms and workflows as the product evolves.

Required profile

• Tech‑comfortable fast learner with experience using Google Workspace, Asana, Lunar and other operational tools.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and cross‑checking across multiple properties.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage shifting priorities in a lean, remote team.
• Clear communicator able to work asynchronously and overlap with US Pacific or Eastern time zones.
• Background in hospitality operations, e‑commerce or platform/data management is a plus, but attitude and work ethic are most important.
