Onboarding Specialist

About the role

OpenTable is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide restaurant partners through the implementation of our reservation platform. You will work remotely and on‑site to configure systems, deliver training, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new restaurant partners and lead them through the onboarding journey.
• Configure the OpenTable system to match each restaurant’s operational needs.
• Deliver on‑site training in Manila and Zoom‑based training for APAC restaurants.
• Schedule training sessions, collect content, and manage software implementations.
• Deploy the OpenTable RestRef widget with restaurant staff or third‑party vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Billing teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain a queue of restaurants to minimize time‑to‑onboarding and report status to peers.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills for training restaurant staff.
• Ability to travel within the Manila metropolitan area.
• At least 1 year of experience in support, implementation, or hospitality roles.
• Experience training non‑technical customers on software usage.
• Understanding of restaurant operations.
