About the role
The HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, helping to maintain accurate employee records, facilitate recruitment processes, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations. This role acts as a liaison between staff and management while upholding company policies and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents, contracts, and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee events.
- Track attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Capacity to multitask and work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
