Organizational Development Director – Quezon City

About the role

The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead company‑wide transformation initiatives for a retail organization based in Quezon City. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on aligning structure, talent, and culture to drive performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement OD strategies that support business goals and improve productivity.
• Act as a change agent, guiding organization‑wide change programs and cultural initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and recommend interventions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure talent alignment with the evolving structure.
• Monitor and report on employee engagement metrics and the impact of OD initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the retail industry.
• Strong expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational design, and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage large‑scale change.
