About the role
The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead company‑wide transformation initiatives for a retail organization based in Quezon City. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on aligning structure, talent, and culture to drive performance and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement OD strategies that support business goals and improve productivity.
- Act as a change agent, guiding organization‑wide change programs and cultural initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and recommend interventions.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure talent alignment with the evolving structure.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement metrics and the impact of OD initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the retail industry.
- Strong expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational design, and data‑driven decision making.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage large‑scale change.

What we offer
- Direct‑hire position with a compensation package up to PHP 400,000.
