About the role
The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead strategic initiatives to improve performance, culture and growth within a retail organization based in Quezon City. This direct‑hire position focuses on aligning structure, talent and business goals to drive productivity and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement organization‑wide change programs that enhance culture and performance.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact of interventions.
- Apply behavioral psychology principles to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational design with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through transformation projects and monitor progress.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the retail industry.
- Strong expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational design and data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage company‑wide change initiatives.
