About the role
We are looking for an experienced English Trainer to deliver communication and fluency programs to new hires and existing staff in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role blends classroom‑style instruction with corporate training to enhance professional language skills.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate English fluency and accent‑neutralization sessions for onboarding and production employees.
- Conduct structured communication workshops aligned with company standards.
- Assess language proficiency and create targeted coaching plans.
- Participate in voice assessments during recruitment.
- Collaborate with Operations to uphold high communication standards across teams.
- Support language‑development initiatives linked to performance goals.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Background in ESL teaching, academic facilitation, or higher‑education instruction.
- Experience at senior high school, college, or university level is highly preferred.
- On‑site availability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
